AIRLIE RIESLING
Another winner from Airlie. Honeysuckle bouquet, completed by rich peach and apple fruits with an austere finish. Well structured Riesling from the Willamette Valley. 1.5% residual sugar accentuating flavors of tangerine and pineapple and leading into a bright finish that is lean and crisp. |

PAPILLON PINOT NOIR
Cherry Hill Winery in the Willamette Valley produces this knockout Pinot Noir. Dense and rich cherry-chocolate flavors are finished off with earthy overtones. The winery noticed their dog Daisy would anxiously wait for the leftovers from barrel tastings of the Dijon clones. Since Diasy is a Papillon of French descent with a cultured palate, they decided the wine would be labeled as Papillon. The winery now follows Daisy to the barrel of her choice and will only select that which she seeks. This wine is wonderful with a variety of foods including fish, beef, wild game and pastas. |

EOLA HILLS PINOT GRIS
Fresh Bartlett pears come to mind when you first inhale the delicious aroma. At first taste, it is light, refreshing, and a little fruity with a light finish. A little spritz on the finish. Delicious with wild Sockeye salmon. This Piont Gris was made exclusively from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley. Aged only in stainless steel to allow the fruit flavors to come forward. Similar in style to the Pinot Grigio's from Italy. |
